- Consider Listify IDX if you want a beautiful state-of-the-art listing search experience on your own pages, simply by copying and pasting one piece of code onto your existing site, with nothing to keep updated, at a competitive price.
- Consider an all-in-one platform if you don't have a website yet, want one company to run your website, CRM, and lead generation, and don't mind that leaving later typically means moving all of it.

Two different ways to get IDX
Listify IDX adds MLS and IDX property search to a real estate website you already have. You, or someone in your office, copy and paste one piece of code on a page, and buyers can instantly browse listings and use the map without leaving your site. It's built for agents and offices who run their own site on a builder like Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, or Showit, or have a web designer who runs it for them.
An all-in-one platform usually replaces that website. You get a site the platform builds and hosts, with its own IDX search, and usually its own CRM, email tools, and paid lead generation. Everything works together because everything comes from the same company.
Feature comparison
| Feature | Listify IDX | All-in-one platforms |
|---|---|---|
| What you buy | Property search for the website you already own: map and list search, filters, and a page for every listing. | A website, IDX, a CRM (contact management) tool, and often lead generation, bundled together from one company. |
| Your website | Stays with your website builder, your hosting, and your design. | Typically built and hosted by the platform, so your site lives on its systems. |
| Keeping the site you have | That's the whole idea. Paste one embed code on virtually any site. | Limited where offered: search that sends visitors to the platform's own site or a subdomain, or a WordPress-only add-on. Some say their site runs separate from yours. |
| Where listing pages live | On your own website. Each listing gets its own shareable URL that takes visitors directly to your website. | On the website the platform hosts for you, or a subdomain it runs. |
| Leads and CRM | Visitor inquiries come to you by email, or go straight into the listing platform or CRM you already use, when it has an API we can connect to. Keep using the tools you have. | Leads typically go into the platform's own CRM, so your contacts and your website end up with the same company. |
| Pricing | Published prices, from $49/mo on the Basic plan. Free to try, no contract. | Packages with setup fees, per-MLS fees, paid lead add-ons, and sometimes a 6- or 12-month commitment, or a quote on a sales call. |
| Leaving later | Delete the embed code. The rest of your site stays as it is. | Typically a full migration: a new website, a new search integration, and moving your contacts out of their CRM. |
Alternatives to all-in-one platforms for an existing website
Listify IDX is an alternative to Placester, Real Geeks, Sierra Interactive, Lofty (formerly Chime), and BoldTrail (formerly kvCORE) when you want property search on your existing website. It does not replace a CRM or paid lead generation. Here is how each platform works.
Placester
Placester bundles an IDX website, CRM, lead capture, and marketing tools in one platform, with hosting included. It treats IDX as part of its website, so you get its search by building your site on Placester. Monthly or annual plans come without a contract, but each MLS adds its own monthly IDX support fee, the MLS's own access fee is separate, and setup help costs extra.
AgentFire
AgentFire sells real estate websites, with its own IDX and hosting in the monthly fee. AgentFire says it integrates with your preferred CRM. You pay for a one-time design package plus a monthly plan, with no long-term contract. In both cases, you're buying a new website from AgentFire, so leaving means rebuilding it.
Real Geeks
Real Geeks combines a home search website, CRM, marketing tools, and paid lead generation. It does offer two ways to work with a site you already have, each with a catch. Its search widgets send visitors to continue on your Real Geeks website, and its IDX-only setup shows listing results on a connected subdomain (like search.yoursite.com) and loses its CRM, workflows, and mass emails. Pricing is a monthly platform fee plus a one-time setup fee, MLS feeds billed per board each month, paid lead packages, and 6- or 12-month commitment options.
Sierra Interactive
Sierra Interactive sells IDX websites and a CRM as one system. Sierra hosts your site and manages your domain settings for you. It publishes monthly and annual packages, with a setup fee on monthly billing, charges for each extra MLS feed, and asks you to schedule a demo to get started.
Lofty (formerly Chime)
Lofty, which rebranded from Chime in 2023, combines a CRM, IDX websites, lead generation, and automation. Agents who want to keep a WordPress site can buy an IDX plugin as an add-on, with leads flowing into Lofty's CRM, so keeping your site still ties you to WordPress and to Lofty. Every plan is priced on request.
BoldTrail (formerly kvCORE)
BoldTrail, from Inside Real Estate, calls itself the next generation of kvCORE, and Inside Real Estate is moving BoomTown customers onto it too. It bundles a CRM with its IDX websites. Agent and team websites are subdomains of your company's domain. BoldTrail's help center says it stopped selling its WordPress plugin to new customers in December 2025, and pricing is by quote only.
CINC
CINC is a lead generation and CRM platform for teams and top agents. Its IDX website is hosted and managed by CINC, and CINC says it runs separate from any website you may already have, so you'd have two websites. Every tier is priced on request.
Others you may come across
Ylopo includes a branded home search site in every plan and works with your CRM, with pricing quoted on a demo. Real Estate Webmasters builds websites, lead generation, and a CRM on a contract. Agent Image builds custom WordPress sites and adds IDX from a separate provider, such as IDX Broker or iHomefinder. Market Leader offers a ready-made website with IDX, lead generation, and marketing automation, priced by package.
Keep your website, add the search
Your website may be the result of years of work: your photos, your neighborhood pages, your reviews, and your web address. Listify IDX adds property search to it without moving any of that. Every listing gets its own URL on your website that Google can find. Read how this helps your site show up in search.
If you ever cancel, you simply delete the Listify embed code and the rest of your site stays as it is. With an all-in-one platform, your website, search, and contacts typically leave together, which means a full migration or rebuilding an entirely new website and search integration.
Pricing
All-in-one platforms are hard to compare on price. Some publish packages, then add setup fees, per-MLS fees, and paid lead packages, sometimes with a 6- or 12-month commitment. Others don't publish prices at all and quote them on a sales call. Check each platform's website for current details.
Listify IDX publishes its plans and pricing, from $49/mo. It's free to try with no credit card, and there's no contract.
When an all-in-one platform is the better choice
Pick an all-in-one platform if you don't have a website yet, want someone else to build and run it, and also want a CRM and paid lead generation from the same company. It suits teams buying leads at volume who are comfortable relying on one company for all of it.
If a web designer runs your site
Some agents and offices have a designer or developer look after their website. Listify IDX works for them too: they paste your embed code into the page and listings appear, with no new platform to learn and no site to rebuild.
Ask the hard questions
Before you sign up with any platform, ask: Can I keep my current website and web address? Do visitors stay on my site, or do you send them to yours? If I leave, what happens to my website and my contacts? What is the full cost, including setup fees, MLS fees, lead packages, and any commitment term? How often do you update your product to adapt to new devices and technologies, or in response to customer feedback?
- Listify IDX, if you want search on your existing site, set up by pasting one embed code.
- RealScout, if your focus is listing alerts and home values for contacts you already have. See Listify IDX vs RealScout.
- IDX Broker, if you're fine with search pages hosted at a separate address. See Listify IDX vs IDX Broker.
- iHomefinder, if you want IDX bundled with their CRM and email tools. See Listify IDX vs iHomefinder.
For any other provider, see Listify IDX vs other IDX providers. To set up Listify IDX on your site, start with the guide for Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, or Showit, or read the product overview.
What you need, and what Listify IDX doesn't replace
You need a website of your own. Listings come from the data sources you connect: listing platforms we already integrate with, MLS feeds (including standard RESO Web API feeds), or your own custom API. Contact support with specific questions about data sources and integration.
Once your account is approved, your embed code is in your Listify dashboard, ready for you or your web designer to paste in. Listify IDX doesn't host websites, run ads, or include a CRM (contact management) tool yet. Visitor inquiries come to you, and you follow up with the tools you already use.
