Listify IDX

Listify IDX adds MLS and IDX property search to an existing real estate website. Keep your site and give buyers a way to find homes, with listing pages they can share on your domain.

When Listify IDX is a good fit

Use Listify IDX when you already have a real estate website and want buyers to search listings there. It's made for agents and real estate offices who run their own site on a website builder, or have a web team that runs it for them. You or your web team paste in one embed code, and the search shows up on your page.

If you need a new website or a CRM, plan for those separately. Listify IDX focuses on the property search you add to your site.

Supported platforms

Any website that lets you paste your own code into a page, including Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, WordPress and custom-built sites. Some website builders only allow this on higher plans.

What installation adds

You or your web team copy and paste a single piece of code, called an embed code, into the page where you want buyers to search. Listings appear right on that page, with a map and a list. Buyers can open a property to see its details and share a link to it on your website.

For sites with lots of added tools, Listify IDX also supports an advanced loading setup that adjusts how parts of the embed code are installed, so your page's own content loads first and the search fills in right after. Contact support for more info or help installing it.

What you need to get started

Your website builder and plan must let you paste your own code into a page. You also need a Listify IDX account, which gives you your embed code, plus a supported listing data source.

Check your listing data source

Listings come from the data sources you connect: listing platforms we already integrate with, MLS feeds (including standard RESO Web API feeds), or your own custom API. Contact support with specific questions about data sources and integration.

Plans and trial

Listify IDX has monthly subscription plans and is free to try with no credit card. Compare the current options in the pricing section to see which features each plan includes.

How it differs from iframe IDX

The search appears directly in your website, avoiding an iframe's separate scrolling area. Each listing gets its own indexable page on your domain. Buyers can share property links that lead back to your site.

What's outside the product

Listify IDX does not provide website hosting or a website builder. It also does not include a CRM. Visitor inquiries are passed on to you, and you manage contacts and follow-up with your existing tools.

Platforms that sandbox all third-party code in an iframe are not supported.
