What each product is
Listify IDX adds MLS and IDX property search to a real estate website. You, or someone in your office, copy and paste one small piece of code on an existing page of your site, and buyers can instantly begin browsing listings, using the map, and opening property details without leaving your site. It's built for agents and real estate offices who run their own site on a builder like Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, or WordPress, or have a web designer who runs it for them.
iHomefinder sells IDX as part of a bigger bundle. Its lower tier adds IDX to your existing site, while higher tiers add more CRM users and include a website iHomefinder hosts. It fits agents and teams who want their website, leads, and follow-up in one system and are comfortable relying on one company for all of it.
Feature comparison
| Feature | Listify IDX | iHomefinder |
|---|---|---|
| How it works | Add one piece of code to your page and the search appears there, with nothing to update. You'll always be using the latest version of Listify's platform as it's updated regularly. | A WordPress plugin you keep updated like any plugin, or a separate version of its product for other builders. Higher tiers bundle in a website iHomefinder hosts, so the more of the bundle you use, the more you depend on one company. |
| Supported sites | Virtually any site, whether custom-built or made with a builder like Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, or Weebly. | WordPress through its plugin and other builders through a separate version, and it still supports an older version for existing sites, so the setup and experience likely differ depending on where your site lives. |
| Where listing pages live | On your own website, on the page that holds the search. Each listing gets its own shareable URL that takes visitors directly to your website. | On your own website with its plugin or code, but on plans with a hosted website, your site and search live on iHomefinder's platform. |
| Website hosting | None. Your site stays where it is today. | Included on higher tiers, and a paid add-on with a setup fee on the lower tier. Using it means your site, search, and contacts all live with one company, so switching later typically means rebuilding your website as well. |
| Search and maps | Map and list views with filters, grouped map pins, and full-screen photos on every plan, powered by modern mapping tools like Google Maps. | Map search on your site or its hosted website, with a different setup for WordPress and other builders. |
| Leads and CRM | Visitor inquiries come to you by email, or go straight into the listing platform or CRM you already use, when it has an API we can connect to. Keep using the tools you have. | A built-in CRM with automatic email and text campaigns, with the number of agents capped by plan. Your contacts and follow-up live inside iHomefinder, so leaving means moving them too. |
| Pricing | Published prices, from $49/mo on the Basic plan. Free to try, no contract. | A quote on a sales call. No base prices are published, so you can't see the cost before you talk to sales, and extra MLSs and agents are charged on top. |
| Listing data | Any MLS feed, with RESO-standard feeds connected in 24 to 48 hours, any third-party platform or tool, or your own custom system. | The MLSs it supports, with each extra MLS charged on top. |
| Support | Email support, with video screen-sharing support for technical issues. | Phone and email, but only during weekday business hours. Priority support and hands-on setup help are reserved for the top plan. |
Add search without moving your website or CRM
iHomefinder works best when you use the whole bundle. On higher tiers, it hosts your website alongside your CRM and campaigns. That's convenient while you stay, but it's a vendor-locking setup: leaving typically means moving your contacts, rebuilding your follow-up, and finding a new home for your website, all at once.
Listify IDX doesn't host your site or replace your CRM. Your website, your web address, and the tools you use for follow-up stay in your hands, and every listing gets its own URL on your website that Google can find. Read how this helps your site show up in search. If you ever cancel, you simply delete the Listify embed code and the rest of your site stays as it is.
One piece of code, nothing to keep updated
Listify IDX is built on web standards that every modern browser already understands, so there's nothing to install. The same embed code works anywhere across the modern web. As Listify regularly releases new features and updates, they show up automatically on your site, and the search adapts beautifully to fit phones, tablets, and computers.
iHomefinder uses a plugin on WordPress and a separate version of its product on other builders, and it still supports an older version for existing sites. More versions typically means more differences in how search looks and works from one site to the next.
Pricing
iHomefinder doesn't publish base prices. Its pricing page asks you to book a call for a quote, and extra MLSs and agents are charged on top, so your total likely depends on your team size, your MLSs, and which parts of the bundle you take.
Listify IDX publishes its plans and pricing, from $49/mo, so there's no sales call to get a number. It's free to try with no credit card, and there's no contract.
When iHomefinder is the better choice
Pick iHomefinder if you want IDX, a CRM for several agents, and automatic email and text campaigns all from one company, and you prefer phone support during weekday business hours.
If a web designer runs your site
Some agents and offices have a designer or developer look after their website. Listify IDX works for them too: they paste your embed code into the page and listings appear, with no separate IDX website or CRM to set up.
Alternatives to iHomefinder
Before you switch, ask a new IDX provider the hard questions. Can I see the full price without a sales call? Do visitors stay on my site, or do you send them to yours? How easy is it to cancel and migrate away from your platform, including my website and contacts? How often do you update your product to adapt to things like new device types and technologies, or in response to customer feedback?
- Listify IDX, if you only need search for the site you already have, set up by pasting one embed code.
- IDX Broker, if you need extras like market reports and sold data, and don't mind search that takes visitors to its own platform. See Listify IDX vs IDX Broker.
- Showcase IDX, if your site is on WordPress and you must keep it that way. See Listify IDX vs Showcase IDX.

What you need, and what Listify IDX doesn't replace
Listings come from the data sources you connect: listing platforms we already integrate with, MLS feeds (including standard RESO Web API feeds), or your own custom API. Contact support with specific questions about data sources and integration.
Once your account is approved, your embed code is in your Listify dashboard, ready for you or your web designer to paste in. Listify IDX doesn't host websites or include a CRM (contact management) tool yet. Visitor inquiries come to you, and you follow up with the tools you already use.
